Preacher - Student - Podcaster
Saved at a young age, called to ministry, and now seeking to serve faithfully where God has placed me. I grew up in a small Baptist church in the heart of beautiful central Florida where I received much informal ministry training, helping to serve in VBS and children's ministries as well as serving on the bus ministry
After moving to upstate South Carolina, I continued receiving training before becoming a full-time student at a Christian university where I'm now studying for the ministry. I have several years of experience in personal evangelism, and have recently begun a podcast with fellow young men training for the ministry, all while preaching every chance I get!
My name is Nathan Monier. I live in Greenville South Carolina, and am studying at Bob Jones University to enter the ministry after finishing my education. I am a sophomore majoring in Biblical Studies. My desire is to enter into pastoral ministry to counsel and preach the Word to those who most desperately need to hear it. I have a special burden for youth, and pray that God would use me as a camp speaker to reach them effectively.
Since surrendering to the ministry, I have been grown, trained, and edified in the ministry of preaching and teaching the Word of God to Christians and unbelievers alike. I preach often both at my home church and elsewhere. I have had the opportunity to preach to audiences of all ages and settings- from chapels to children's church services, as well as camp and school preaching competitions. Each opportunity is a joyful and humbling experience that I rejoice over.
I co-host a podcast called That Which Is Good, where I talk Scripture and apologetics with fellow Christians with my co-hosts, Connor and Caydon, who are also studying for the ministry. Together, we tackle important and relevant topics to Christians today, while also seeking to bring the unchanging and timeless Word of God to those who need to hear it. We enjoy having guests on, as well as interviewing those who have spent some of their life in full-time ministry, hoping to glean wisdom that God has blessed them with for the sake of bettering others.
